Booking terms

Cancellations and rescheduling

Coaching sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled subject to the cancellation policy. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.

Payment

Your session is confirmed as soon as you submit the booking form, and the time is held for you. An invoice is emailed to you straight after, with bank transfer details and a payment reference. Please pay promptly — a booking left unpaid may be cancelled to free up the slot for someone else.

On-site sessions

On-site sessions take place in Penrith, NSW. The exact address is included in your booking confirmation. Please arrive a few minutes before your booked start time.

Remote sessions

Remote sessions are conducted over Discord and require you to supply your own working simulator, wheel and pedals, and a stable internet connection.
